Arturo I. Villarreal (deceased 2022) was a founding partner of the law firm of Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C.

Art was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations. He remained in Los Angeles and the surrounding communities until he went to law school at the University of Arizona.

Art previously worked with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher, & Flom, a nationally known and pre-eminent law firm, and the firm of Ochoa & Sillas. While in Yuma, Art worked at the law firms of Westover, Choules, Shadle & Noble, P.C. (1994 1996), as well as Byrne, Benesch, Garcia & Villarreal, P.C. (1995-2009), and Garcia, Kinsey, Luger & Villarreal, P.L.C. (2009-2022).

Sadly, Art passed away on October 1, 2022, after an extended illness. He is greatly missed by his partners, colleagues, clients, and friends.
